The Texas Organization of Rural & Community Hospitals (TORCH) advocates with governmental and regulatory entities on rural and community health issues. TORCH promotes its commitment to rural health through specialized programs, education, activities, and services for rural and community hospitals. The organization also supports local access and delivery of healthcare services to community residents. Collectively, the organization’s mission is to be the voice and principal advocate for rural and community hospitals in Texas and to provide leadership in addressing the special needs and issues of rural hospitals. ENA is an exhibitor at the fall conference each year.
